Realising the Scope of Open Education through Credentialisation

The report will look at the future of Open Education, by considering a set of scenarios where education is fully open or fully closed, and where the systems of credentialisation is fully open or fully closed. It will then look at potential future impacts of each scenario, together with events and policy drivers which may impact these scenarios. The modelling exercise will be used to draft policy recommendations to realise the scope of open education through credentialisation.
